"I have a passion for cooking which came from my father," she states. "My father worked in Puerto Rico as a cook for over 30 years. My grandmother was always cooking and I loved to be in the kitchen watching her cook some great Puerto Rican dishes."
"Brought up in Boston, I was raised amongst many cultures including Chinese, Cambodian, Irish, Italian, Indian, Arabic, Caribbean, Brazilian, Salvadorian, Dominican, Cuban and Colombian. I learned to enjoy the different kinds of foods from their cultures."
"Upon moving to North Carolina in 2006 I discovered a need for my business as a Personal Chef and have been blessed with a thriving business.
"As an experienced Fitness Instructor of 20 years, I deeply believe the fitness and healthy eating go hand and hand. Everyone, from children to the elderly, needs to protect themselves against obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and many other diseases. A healthy diet can help each of us to live a better life.
