Chef Anita Fairchild is an excellent chef, She takes time to get to know your food preferences as well as any special needs that you may have. She cooked for us and the house smelled so good.  She is turnkey, she brought everything with her and when she was finished the kitchen was cleaner than when she arrived. But the best part was the food.  The Turkey Cutlets with Raspberry sauce where out of this world as were all of the other dishes she prepared.  If you want or need someone to cook for you  Anita Fairchild is your Chef,  I would highly recommend her.

The party was great. Everyone loved the food! Specially the mini frittatas, pinwheels and bruschetta. Everyone enjoyed the chili and sour cream dip. THe strawberries and cream triffle was a hit.
